Forbes recognizes Yale affiliates in ‘30 Under 30’ issue

The latest Forbes Magazine “30 Under 30” edition includes several Yale affiliates in a variety of fields.

Now in its seventh year, the edition features 600 individuals in 20 different industries. According to the magazine, the listing spotlights “the impressive, the inspiring, and the (genuinely) enviable.”

The Social Entrepreneurs category included Sam Teicher ’12 B.A. and Gator Halpern M.E.M. ’15 of Coral Vita; Ashley Edwards ’12 B.A. of MindRight; and Ebele Ifedigbo ’16 M.B.A. of the Hood Incubator.

Other Yalies and their categories included April Koh ’16 B.A., Abhishek Chandra ’16 B.A., and Adam Chekroud, Ph.D. candidate ’18, cofounders of Spring Health (Consumer Technology); Christopher Rim ’17 B.A., founder of Command Education Group (Education); David Walker ’12 B.A., cofounder of Triplemint (Consumer Technology); Lisa Wang ’12 B.A., founder of SheWorx (Venture Capital); Ethan Novek, Yale research fellow, founder of Innovator Energy (Energy); Travis Whitfill ’14 M.P.H, cofounder of Azitra (Healthcare); Jason Guss ’12 B.A., cofounder of Octane Lending (Finance); Emma Allen ’10 B.A, cartoon editor of the New Yorker (Media); and Danielle Cooper ’10 B.A., vice president of Bank of America (Finance).
